Barbara Ann Best age 81 of Warren passed away peacefully into eternal life on Monday, November 21, 2016 at her residence. She was born on Dec. 1, 1934, in Warren, OH the daughter of the late Dewey Gardner & Viva Emily (Winagle) Gardner. She lived in Warren for over a year, formerly of Braceville for many years. Barbara worked as a laborer at Packard Electric for 13 years before she retired in 1966. She enjoyed visiting people, driving, working on crossword puzzles, doing stuff for others and playing cards. Barbara is survived by: her husband of 52 years Raymond L. Best Sr. of Warren; 1 daughter: Debra A. Best of Warren, 1 son: Raymond L. Best Jr. of Braceville, and 3 grandchildren: Celeste Best, Bradly J. Best, & Charlie Wallace. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, one son Jeffrey Best , 2 sisters: Harriet Gardner, Marietta Stewart, and 1 brother Frances Gardner. Per Barbara's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls on Saturday Nov. 26, 2016 at 11:00am. Rev. Arnold Edmondson will be officiating.
