Barbara Ann Johnston, age 74 of Lordstown entered into eternal rest on Sunday December 1, 2013 at University Hospital in Cleveland. Barbara was born on October 16, 1939 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Frank & Mildred (Smith) Dixon. She has lived in Lordstown since 1972, formerly of Fruitport, Michigan. Barbara married Carl Johnston on July 31, 1971. They have been blessed with 42 years of marriage. Barbara enjoyed bowling, bingo, crocheting and knitting. Loving memories of Barbara will be carried on by her husband, Carl Johnston of Lordstown, son, William Brown of Warren, stepsons, Duane Johnston of Akron, Dominique (Doreen) Johnston of Jackson, MI, JeanPierre Johnston, her sister, Diane (Darrell) Rose of Michigan, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Barbara was preceeded in death by 2 brothers, Frank and Larry Dixon. Calling hours will be held on Thursday December 5, 2013 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at James Funeral Home.
