Beverly Ann Clay, age 64 of Braceville entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 26, 2012 in the emergency room at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. On May 4, 1947 in Akron, Charles & Rose (Lyle) Hodge were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Beverly. Beverly has been married for 46 years to Elmer L. Clay. Beverly was a housewife. She has lived in Braceville for the past 46 years, formerly of Newton Falls and Vienna. Beverly enjoyed arts and crafts and flowers. Loving memories of Beverly will be carried on by her husband, Elmer L. Clay of Newton Falls, her son & daughter-in-law, Robert & Jessica Clay of Newton Falls, her sisters, Mary Jane (Kenneth) Patton of Youngstown, Lilly (Bob) Curtis of Greenville, PA, Betty June (Dale) Fischer of Greenville, PA, her brother, Arnold (Babs) Hodge of Volant, PA and her grandchildren, Charles, Brandon, Tayla, Aaron, Chanda Clay and Bruce Weaver. Beverly was preceeded in death by two sons, Timothy & Thomas Clay and three brothers, Charles Jr., William and James Hodge. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at James Funeral Home where funeral services will immediately follow at 7:00 pm. Cremation will follow and Beverly will be laid to rest next to her son at Newton Falls Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to James Funeral Home, 8 East Broad Street, Newton Falls, OH 44444.
