Obituary

Bruce Edward Collins, age 73, of Warren passed away into eternal life on Friday, June 12, 2026 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Bruce was born on August 7, 1952 in East Liverpool, Ohio the son of the late William Edward & Ruby Ellen (Payne) Collins.

He had lived in Warren Twp. since 1974 and worked as a spot welder for General Motors in Lordstown. Bruce was a member of the First Assembly of Pentecostal and the UAW Local 1112.

Bruce loved old cars, especially his 1930 Ford. He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and enjoyed going to auctions. His grandchildren were his proud and joy and cherished every moment with them.

Memories of Bruce will be carried on by his loving family; his wife Nancy Collins of 55 years of marriage from Warren Twp.; his daughter Nicole & (Kyle) Boyer of Warren; his 2 sons Frank & (Stacy) Collins of Lake Milton, Shawn & (Shelly) Collins of Warren; his 4 brothers Dennis & (Judy) Collins of Southington, Roy & (Judy McGraw) Collins of East Liverpool, Darrel & (Anna) Collins of Leavittsburg, Mark & (Anna Ballew) Collins of Burghill; 7 grandchildren Christopher, Kayla, Tiffany, Matthew, Alexis, Anthony Collins & Paege Davis; and 2 great-grandchildren Bentley Rock & Asher Collins.

Bruce is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Deborah Collins.

Calling hours will be held at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from 5:00pm to 7:00PM. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Bruce will be laid to rest at Reformed Cemetery in Southington.
