Bruce Allen Skaggs, age 55 of Lordstown entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 28, 2016 in the emergency room at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. Bruce was born on April 25, 1960 in Montgomery, WV the son of Joseph A. Skaggs Jr. and Betty Lou Barker. Bruce has resided in Lordstown, Lake Milton and Windham areas. Bruce married the former Christina L. Crowley on April 19, 2004. Bruce and Chrisy have been blessed with 27 years together including 11 wonderful years of marriage. Bruce was previously employed as an extruder operator, factory worker and with Weimer Tree Service. Bruce's greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and watching his children play sports. Loving memories of Bruce will be carried on by his wife, Chrisy Skaggs of Lordstown, mother & stepfather, Betty (Noah Lee) Adkins of Garrettsville, daughter, Sharon Skaggs of Lordstown, sons, Joseph Skaggs of Diamond, Nathan Skaggs of Lordstown, sisters, Victoria (Robert) Haney of Berlin Center, Ann White of Niles, and Sara Skaggs of Windham. Bruce was preceeded in death by his father, Joseph A. Skaggs and 3 brothers, Darryl Skaggs, David Skaggs and Michael McQuerry.
