Carmella (Millie) Marie Wujick, age 84, of Newton Falls, passed into eternal life on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 2:30pm at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown of unexpected medical complications. She was born on October 20, 1925 in Kent, OH the daughter of the late Michael & Alice Lenore (Davis) Garro. Millie was united in marriage to John Wujick on August 21, 1948 and they were married for 48 years until his passing on January 29, 1997. She had lived in Newton Falls for 65 years formerly of Ravenna. Millie was a member of the St. Mary & Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, and going to Mountaineer. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great-grandson. She loved her family unconditionally and was fiercly protective of them. Millie was known for being selfless and very giving. Memories of Millie will be carried on by her loving family; her daughter Barbara (Roger) Gill of Champion; her grandchild Moira (Brad) Pouls of MI; one great-grandson Collin Gill of MI; her brothers Frank (Joann) Garro of Columbia, MO, and William (Bill) Garro of Braceville. Millie is preceeded in death by her parents, and one brother Joseph Garro. The family will recieve friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at James Funeral Home in Newton Falls, where a prayer service will be held at 9:30a.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2010. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary & Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Matthew Mankowski as celebrant.
