Charles Bruce Hoffman, age 82 of Leavittsburg entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Charles was born on May 12, 1934 in Warren the son of the late Ralph and Adelle (Parsons) Hoffman. He has lived in Warren Twp. for the past 60 years, formerly of Champion. Charles married the former Betty L. Kinnan on August 23, 1954. Charles and Betty were blessed with 60 wonderful years of marriage before her passing on May 10, 2015. Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed as an Inspector with Copperweld Steel for 27 years. Charles was an avid hunter, fisherman and had a great sense of humor. Loving memories of Charles will be carried on by his daughter, Christine (Greg) Gibson of Leavittsburg, sons; Charles (Jo Marie) Hoffman of Leavittsburg, Mark (Debbie) Hoffman of Leavittsburg and his grandchildren; Angela (Eric) Kotovch of Austintown, Curtis Hoffman, Tiffany Hoffman, Nicholas Gibson and Kaitlin Gibson all of Leavittsburg. Charles was preceded in death by his wife and son, Bruce A. Hoffman. Per Charles's wishes there are no calling hours or services. Cremation has taken place.
