Connie S. Reed age 83 of Newton Falls passed away peacefully on Friday August 15, 2025. Born on March 5, 1942 she was the oldest daughter of the late Charles William Sexton and Charlotte Elizabeth (Weaver) Sexton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Reed, her parents, 1 son: Michael Tennant, and 2 brothers: Charles and Jeffery Sexton.

She leaves behind her siblings: Christine (Bud) Smith, Joseph (Donna) Sexton, Timothy (Kathy) Sexton, and Fredrick Sexton. As well as her children: Lori (Robert) Saxton, Jerry (Emily) Tennant, Ronald Tennant, and Michael, deceased, (Jennifer) Tennant. Additionally, 7 grandchildren: Jewelia (JR), Ashleigh, Carolanne (Blake), Joshua (Corinne), Brooke, Zander and Jeremiah; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Connie enjoyed spending her time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Red Hats club and card club locally in Newton Falls. She loved to travel, shop, and spending most summer days watching her grandchildren's various sporting events. Connie was known for her authenticity, infectious laugh, and her bubbly personality. She will be remembered enjoying a coffee that was too sweet for most accompanied by maple cream stick donut.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time. I invite you to celebrate her memory privately in your own ways. I know that she will be with us all in spirit. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
