Constance Kay Hershey, age 64 of Washington, DC and Columbia, Maryland entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 28, 2013. Constance was born on March 20, 1949 in Warren, the daughter of Donald & Betty (Gintert) Hershey. She has lived in DC and Maryland since 1970, formerly of Braceville and Sewickley, PA. Constance was employed as a legal secretary. She was a past member of the Braceville Christian Church. Loving memories of Constance will be carried on by her brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Norma Hershey, and their children and grandchildren.
