D. Elaine Bowden, age 74 of Warren passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at St. Joseph Eastland Hospital in Warren. She was born on May 18, 1941 in Wendell, WV the daughter of the late Leroy Mills and Katherine (Shyovich) Mills. Elaine has lived in Warren for the past 8 years, formerly of Newton Falls. She worked at Pamida in Newton Falls for 18 years, retiring in 2008. Elaine loved to go shopping. She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers: Tommy & Ronnie Mills, 1 grandson: Michael Kampfe Jr., and her Yorkie (Rocky). She is survived by: 1 daughter: Kristy & Ronald Orr of Newton Falls, 1 son: Michael Kampfe of Warren, 1 sister: Kathy & Matt Misch of Painesville, OH, and 4 grandchildren. Per the wishes of Elaine, cremation has taken place. There will be a graveside service for Elaine at the Newton Falls Cemetery on Friday Dec. 18, 2015 at 12:00 pm.
