Daniel Lee Marks,age 59 of Warren was born on October 8, 1959 in Canton, Ohio, beloved son of Paul Robert and Nancy (Gwin) Marks of Newton Falls.

Dan lived in Warren, OH and now resides in Heaven. He passed into that life on Monday, January 7, 2019 from Trumbull Memorial Hospital from natural causes. He was a compassionate, thoughtful and caring son. He loved sports, especially the Cleveland Indians, Browns, Cavaliers, and Ohio State Buckeyes. He was an amazing cook and loved to cook for family and friends. He loved holidays and music. He graduated from Newton High School in 1978.

He will be greatly missed not only by his parents but also by his Aunt Sue and Aunt Betsy in Canton, Brother Joe in Lasmarias, PR a niece Laura & Doug Valot, daughters Allyson and Courtney in North Carolina, and a nephew Nicholas in Florida. He had numerous cousins who cared for him and loved him. Dan loved family. His older brother, Mike preceded him in death in 2013 and now they are together again.

The family extends appreciation to all the doctors and nurses in the ICU unit of Trumbull Memorial Hospital, who gave Dan such compassionate care. A special thanks to Dr. Amin and nurse John.

Funeral services will be at the Life Church of God in Leavittsburg on Saturday Jan.12, 2019 at 4:00pm with calling hours two hours prior from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm. Cremation will take place after the funeral. The family asks that all donations please be made to the Life Church of God 610 South Leavitt Rd. Leavittsburg, OH 44430 in memory of Daniel.
