Debra Lynn Bell, age 57, of Newton Falls passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Satururday morning July 16, 2016 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren. She was born on Feb. 7, 1959 in Cleveland, OH the daughter of the late Donald Kirby Wallace and Joyce Lynn (Kearney) Wallace. Debra married the love of her life Carson T. Bell on May 12, 1979 and they enjoyed 37 years of marriage together. Memories of Debra will be carried on by her family; her husband Carson of Newton Falls and her step-sister Holly Bower. Debra is preceeded in death by her parents, her brother Mitchell Wallace and 1 son Nicholas Bell. Per Debra's wishes, cremation has taken place, There will be no services.
