Dennis L. Miller, 72 of Newton Falls, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Autumn Hills Care Center. Dennis was born in Millstone, WV on July 23, 1940 the son of Dewey & Audra (Morris) Miller. He has lived in Newton Falls since 1953, formerly of West Virginia. He was married to the former Joan Elizabeth Cain for 26 years until her passing on August 15, 1991. For 20 years they were the owners of G & W Drive In Restaurant and was also employed by Carter Lumber. Dennis was a veteran of the US Air Force serving in Vietnam repairing jet engines. He enjoyed playing cards especially playing on the computer. Loving memories of Dennis will be carried on by his son and daughter-in-law, Brian & Rosemary Miller of Champion, son, Richard C. Miller of Newton Falls, sister, Glenna Angel of Newcomb, TN, brothers & sisters-in-law, Dencil & Leigh Miller of Nashville, TN, Richard & Waltrude Miller of Warren, Philip & Anna Miller of Jellico, TN, granddaughter, Daphney L. Miller, grandson and his wife, Jason & Aime Padula and great granddaughters, Cambria and Clover Padula. Dennis was preceeded in death by his granddaughter, Brooklyn Elizabeth Miller, sisters, Phyllis Miller and Nelma Lloyd and his brother, William Miller. Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 14, 2013 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm at James Funeral Home. A celebration of life and sharing of memories of Dennis will immediately follow at 7:00 pm.
