Obituary

Dennis Earl Yeager, 66 of Warren entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at University Hospital in Cleveland. Dennis was born on January 21, 1949 in Warren, the son of George & Helen (Lewis) Yeager. He has spent his entire life in Warren graduating from Warren Western Reserve High School class of 1967. Dennis married the former Connie L. Garretson on July 5, 1969. They have been blessed with 45 years of marriage. He was an independent truck driver for 15 years retiring in 2011. He was also a self employed Amish driver for over 15 years. Dennis was a member of the Braceville Christian Church. Dennis was a Warren Township Trustee, Warren Township Volunteer Fireman and EMT. Dennis always had a breath taking holiday light display for all to enjoy. He loved to cook, ride his horses, play computer games and overall make people happy. He loved sharing his animals with the local churches at Christmas time for their living Nativity events. Dennis was an avid Cleveland Browns, Indians and Cavaliers fan. Dennis's greatest love was his family. He was a devoted husband, father and Papa. He enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports and perform as church programs. Loving memories of Dennis will be carried on by his wife, Connie Lee Yeager of Warren, daughters, Heather (Shawn) Sanders of Warren, Miranda (Steven) Kintz of Leavittsburg, Tracy Yeager of Cleveland, his sister, Gloria (James) Merolillo-Conine of Champion, grandchildren, Jonathan Sanders, Cody Yeager, Myra Kintz, Ava Kintz, special nephews, Christopher Garretson Jr., Brett Garretson, Sifu Ron Kempo of Warren, Andrew Merolillo of Las Vegas, NV, niece, Judge Pamela Houston of Oviedo, FL and several other nieces and nephews and his special companion, his rescue beagle, Gilbert. Per Dennis's wishes, there are no calling hours or services. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations are needed and would be appreciated to help with the funeral expenses for Dennis.
