Donna M. Angel, age 85, of Braceville entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at the home of her son. She was born on July 13, 1928 in Braceville, the daughter of the late Thomas J. & Edna (Leiby) Perks. On February 2, 1946 she married Elmer C. Angel Jr. They had just celebrated their 60th anniversary before his passing on February 9, 2006. She has lived in the Braceville/Southington area her entire life. Donna graduated from Southington High School. Donna was a member of the Southington Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, gardening, drawing and painting. Loving memories of Donna will be carried on by her daughters, Linda (Robert) Gillespie of Warren, Delorse (Roger) Cutlip of Braceville, Sharron (Russell) LaLonde of Braceville, her sons, Leslie (Toni) Angel of Warren, Rodger (Vivian) Angel of Leavittsburg with whom she made her home, Douglas (Pamala) Angel of Limestone, TN, Scott (Sandy) Angel of Braceville, Jeremy Angel of Akron, her sister, Vera Robinson of Brookfield, her brother, Donald Perks of Clinton, IA, 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Elmer, and 2 grandchildren, Betheny Angel Willforth and Curtis Cutlip. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at James Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00PM at the funeral home.
