Donna Mae Dennison, 76 of Braceville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Donna was born on October 11, 1938 in Mingo Junction, OH the daughter of the late Donald V. Stewart and Hazel B. (Summerville) Stewart Uber. She has lived in the Braceville area for the last 43 years. Donna married the love of her life Darrell E. "Gene" Dennison on July 14, 1972. Donna and Darrell were blessed with 43 years of marriage this past Tuesday. Donna was employed as a technician at Packard Electric/Delphi retiring in 1999 after 38 years. Donna was the owner of Donna's Tax Service and also Dennison's DeeLite. Donna was a member of the First Baptist Church in Newton Falls, the Eastern Star #79 OES in Newton Falls, and past Guardian of Jobs Daughters #39. She enjoyed gardening, cake decorating, golfing, bowling, cooking and sewing. Donna and her husband, Gene always helped those - family and friends - who needed it. Loving memories of Donna will be carried on by her husband: Darrell Eugene Dennison of Braceville, daughters: Gail (Ed) Alderman of Minden, NE, Judith (Larry) Solinger of Warren, Robin (Martin) Murphy of Middleburg Heights, son: Michael R. (Alice) Bischoff of Clovis, NM, step daughters: Deborah (Harvey) Stassinis of Warren, Sheri Leigh of Warren, step son: Scott A. (Elizabeth) Dennison of Warren, step sister: Carol (Donald) Cross of Cortland, brother: Rev. James E. (Sue) Stewart of Burghill, step brother: Thomas A. Uber of CA, 20 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchild. Donna was preceeded in death by her parents, sister, Ruth Hopkins, step sisters, Ruth Dorsey and Bonnie Smith and brothers, Thomas and Robert Stewart. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 6:30 - 8:00 pm at James Funeral Home. An Eastern Star service will begin at 6:00 pm. Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Donna will be laid to rest at Braceville Cemetery.
