Dorene Leona Radaker, age 93, of Newton Falls passed away peacefully into eternal rest on July 14, 2024, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on Feb. 6, 1931, in Distant, PA, the daughter of the late Homer Howard Burford and Margaret J. (Henry) Burford. She lived in Newton Falls from 1973 to 2018. Before then, she lived in Warren, PA, and Warren, OH. She lived her final years in Warren, OH, and Indianapolis. Dorene worked as a cashier for Kmart in Warren and for Newton Falls Cleaners for many years. She loved reading, cooking, and playing the piano. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul Edward Radaker, and four of her siblings: Lillian, Chelsea, Homer, and Clayton.

Dorene is survived by her sister, Janet Powell of Summerville, PA, and her three sons: Kevin (Linda) Radaker of Noblesville, IN; Gregory (Linda) Radaker of Dewey, OK; Eric (Lisa) Radaker of Akron, OH; 7 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Per Dorene's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place from 1:00 to 1:50, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 at Newton Falls First Church of God in Newton Falls on July 27 with Pastor Jennifer Dorn officiating. Dorene will be laid to rest at Newton Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that all donations please be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Dorene L. Radaker.
