Dorothy L. Garro age 81 of Braceville passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Saturday Aug. 5, 2023 at her residence.  She was born on Aug. 21, 1941 in Cambridge, OH the daughter of the late Ralph Bell and Edith (Phillips) Bell.  Dorothy has lived in Braceville almost her entire life, but graduated from Southeast High School in the Class of 1959.  She worked as a press operator at Dillen Products for over 20 years retiring in 2009.  Dorothy loved to go to casinos, baking, and babysitting the grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her ex- husband William Garro, 1 sister: Patricia Schneider and 1 brother: Virgil Bell.

Dorothy is survived by: 2 daughters: Alice Garro of Braceville, Jennifer Garro of Newton Falls, 3 sons: William & Jennifer Garro of Newton Falls, Thomas Garro of Newton Falls, Michael Garro of Braceville, 2 sisters: Mildred & Jack Waggoner of Southington, Shirley & Lee Bishop of Southington, 2 brothers: Lester & Ruth Bell of Cambridge, OH, Leonard & Cheryl Bell of Wayland, OH, and 4 grandchildren: Alice, Addison, Aiden, and Alexander.

Cremation has taken place.  A Graveside service will be at Braceville Cemetery on Friday Aug. 11, 2023 at 11:00am with Chaplin Brett Sabella officiating.
