Earl Scott Quinn, age 76 of Wayland entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 25, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Earl was born on November 26, 1939 in Warren the son of the late Bonnie & Ida M. Weekley. Earl married the former Barbara Ann Gardner on April 5, 1968. Earl & Barbara have been blessed with 47 wonderful years of marriage. Earl was a former inspector with Chrysler in Twinsburg. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corp. Earl was a member of the Newton Falls Amvets Post 112, Army Navy, Newton Falls Junior Chamber of Commerce and was a social member of the Newton Falls VFW. Earl was a season ticket holder of the Cleveland Browns. Memories of Earl will be carried on by his loving family; his wife, Barbara A. Quinn of Newton Falls, daughter, Kathy (Doyle) Steele-Hunter of Hilliard, FL, sons, Earl "Butch" (Mary) Quinn of Austintown, Robert (Vicky) Steele of Blairsville, GA, John (Tami) Steele of Warren, Dan Steele of Jacksonville, FL, brother, Art (Dorothy) Johnson of Greensboro, NC, 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Earl was preceeded in death by his parents, and his daughter, Sonya. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at James Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Earl will be laid to rest at Hawley Cemetery.
