Etta Izetta Jones, 93 of Lake Milton entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 22, 2014 at her residence. Etta was born on September 4, 1920 in Diamond, the daughter of Gaily & Mary Elizabeth (Thompson) Sickle. She has lived in the Diamond - Lake Milton area her entire life. Etta married Norman Paul Jones on September 8, 1942. Norman and Etta were blessed with 71 years of marriage. Etta was a member of the Lake Milton Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed painting pictures. Loving memories of Etta will be carried on by her husband, Norman Jones of Lake Milton, daughters, Loretta (Bunny) Ratliff of Austintown, Karen Sue (Russell) Davis of Lawrenceburg, IN, Kathy Lee (Michael) Reinhart of Diamond, Mary Lou (Jon) Hitesman of Austintown, sons, Thomas David (Donna) Jones of Diamond, David Paul (Lorraine) Jones of Lordstown, her sister, Lucille (Midge) (Bob) Goynes of Lake Milton, 27 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Etta was preceeded in death by 4 sisters, Audrey Cain, Doris Holecko, Betty Hughes, Mildred Soos and 2 brothers, Glen & Don Sickle. Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 25, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at James Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
