Evelyn Louise Becker, age 94 of Newton Falls entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 18, 2013 at her residence. Evelyn was born in Homestead, Pa on October 31, 1918, the daughter of the late Charle & Florence (Stretton) Bowen. She has lived in Newton Falls since 1998, formerly of Lake Milton. Evelyn was married to Emil J. Becker on October 18, 1940. He passed away November 3, 1988. She was employed by Becker Trucking. Loving memories of Evelyn will be carried on by her daughter, Susan Kellogg of Columbus, sons and daughters-in-law, Skip & Judith Becker of Diamond, James & Lori Becker of Lake Milton and 4 grandchildren, Robert (MariBeth) Becker, Melissa (Chris) Bresky, James B. Becker and Amanda Becker. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband and 1 sister: Lavern Alders. Per the request of the family, there will be no calling hours or funeral services and cremation has taken place. Evelyn will be interred at Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown next to her husband. The family requests that contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
