Forrest "Bernie" Woods Jr. age 65 of West Farmington passed away on November 15, 2012 after a long illness that he fought against so very couragiously. His loving wife, Anna was by his side. Bernie was born on December 4, 1946 in Warren, Ohio, the son of Forrest B. "Red" Woods Sr. and Shirley L. (Bailey) Woods. He retired from Packard-Delphi after 32 years of service. Bernie enjoyed hunting, golfing and spending time with his beloved family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Anna Woods of West Farmington whom he married on August 14, 1965. His children, Laura Harrison of Georgia, Lisa Meyers of Southington, and Joe (Kristin) Woods of Bristolville. His grandchildren, Haley Harrison, Brad and Jessica Meyers, Ben & Katelyn Woods, brother, Charles (Sharon) Woods, many neices and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date, officated by the Reverend Bob Brown Bernie will be sadly missed and deeply loved by his family.
