Frances G. Morar, age 82, of Newton Falls passed away peacefully into eternal rest with her family by her side on July 15, 2011 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren. She was born on September 24, 1928 in Windham, OH, the daughter of the late George Gordon and Myrtle (Higgins) Gordon. Dan & Fran met in Newton Falls as Dan would sit daily on a park bench waiting for her to get off work. After dating awhile Francis decided to marry the love of her life Daniel Alex Morar Sr. on July 19, 1952 and they have enjoyed 58 years of marriage together. Frances graduated from Newton Falls High School in 1946 and always has been a lifelong resident of Newton Falls. Frances and her husband owned and operated White Hill Farms and White Hill Whip & Diary in Braceville for 8 years. They also worked for the Farm & Diary Newspaper for over 20 years. Frances then went to work as a sales associate for Kloss Hardware in Newton Falls. She also worked as a coin counter for Servomation Corporation for 14 years. Frances was the high school Secretary for Newton Falls High School and was a member of the Trumbull County Guernsey Club. She enjoyed crocheting, baking, knitting, square dancing, going to auctions and spending time with her grandkids. Memories of Frances will be carried on by her loving family; her husband, Daniel Alex Morar Sr of Braceville, her son & daughter-in-law Albert & Sandi Morar of Braceville; her sister & brother-in-law Zella & Earl Baker of Canfield, her sister Mary Broughman of Sistersville, WV; her brother & sister-in-law Marvin & Margie Gordon of Newton Falls; her grandchildren Debra Gordon, Daniel Mark Morar, Billy Jo Morar, Christopher Morar, Albert Morar II, Sarah Morar, Amanda Rae Morar & 5 great-grandchildren. Frances is preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Cathy June Morar, one son Daniel Morar Jr., two sisters Ruth Held, Wilma Mae Gordon, two brothers Irl and Russell Gordon. According to Frances' wishes, cremation has taken place and no calling hours or funeral services will be held. She will be laid to rest at Braceville Cemetery next to her son, Daniel and her daughter Cathy.
