Freddie Russell Iser, 66 of Lordstown entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Freddie was born in Ravenna on November 25, 1948, the son of Zimri & Alverna (Banks) Iser. He has lived in Lordstown for 35 years, formerly of Leavittsburg. Freddie married the former Patricia D. Levelle on June 10, 1978. They were blessed with 36 years of marriage. He was a machinist for Valley Bridge Iron Co. and for the past 14 years he was a custodian for the Village of Lordstown. Freddie was a veteran of the US Army serving in Vietnam. Freddie was a member of the Leavittsburg Church of God. He enjoyed going on cruises, the ocean and his beautiful grandchildren. Loving memories of Freddie will be carried on by his wife, Patricia Iser of Lordstown, daughters, Patricia (Joseph) Sekerak of Newton Falls, Michell (Edward) Aeppli of Danville, Christina Iser of Leavittsburg, grandchildren, Faith, Joey, Erin, Edward and Elizabeth. Freddie was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Helen Holmes and brothers, Berry (Butch), Daniel, Gary and Sonny Iser. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at James Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Rev. John Rutherford and Rev. Rodney Mullens will officiate. Freddie will be laid to rest at Lordstown Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to James Funeral Home, 8 East Broad Street, Newton Falls, OH 44444 (330)872-5440.
