Obituary

Freeda G. Spencer, age 88 of Lake Milton entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 17, 2014 at her home. She was born on September 17, 1926 in Webster Springs, WV, the daughter of the late Ballard & Vernie (Couger) Fisher. On November 10, 1945, Freeda married Kenneth D Spencer. They were blessed with 43 years of marriage before his passing on January 16, 1989. She enjoyed collecting birds, angels and the company of her grandchildren. Loving memories of Freeda will be carried on by her daughters, Phyllis (Curtis) Headley of Newton Falls, Marilyn (Lyle) Waddell of Newton Falls, Bonnie (Robert) Robinson of Lake Milton, sons, Charles (Gayle) Spencer, Roy (Bob) R. Spencer, James H. (Bonnie) Spencer of Rockhill, SC, David A. (Denise) Spencer, Michael L. (Lora) Spencer, all of Lake Milton, 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Freeda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth, 2 daughters, Shirley and Sherry, son, Lester, 4 sisters, Parcie Bright, Eithel Cougar, Ada Carpenter, Bertha Wilson and 3 brothers, Lester, Doy and Emmett Fisher. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at James Funeral Home in Newton Falls. Funeral services will be held Thursday Nov. 20, 2014 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Freeda will be laid to rest next to her husband, Kenneth at Berlin Twp. North Cemetery in Berlin Twp, OH.
