Gary A. McQuain Sr. age 64 of Braceville went home to be with the Lord on Thursday May 18, 2023.  He was born on Sept. 5, 1958 in Warren, OH the son of Arnett Allen McQuain and Delores Ann (Kellar) McQuain.  He had the biggest heart and the silly wit to match it.. His "comebacks" were quick and left you wondering how he came up with it everytime.  His laugh was contagious. Being a jack of all trades, he would help anyone that needed it. Even saving a few lives along the way.  He loved fishing, playing pool, playing cards, and watching Westerns on the TV. His idols were John Wayne and Elvis.  With everything he endured, he never gave up. He fought with everything he had. You can rest now, Our Warrior.  He is preceded in death by his dad (Buster) and 1 brother: Ricky.

Gary is survived by: his mother, 1 sister: Debbie, 3 children: Gary, April, and Tammi, 2 step children: Stephanie, Stan, 4 grandchildren: Gary, Raegan, Lily, Allison, and 4 step grandchildren: Taylor, Mickenzie, Jace, and Coleson.

Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life Service will be at a later date and time.
