Gayle E. Newberry  age 83 of Warren passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Friday Dec. 29, 2023 at the Continuing Healthcare of Niles.  She was born on Dec. 19, 1940 in Warren, OH the daughter of the late Albert Stanley Johnson and Helen (Mushenhamer) Johnson.  Gayle has lived with her daughter in Newton Falls for the last 7 years, formerly of Warren where she graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in the Class of 1959.  She loved playing bingo, gambling, video games, and reading.  Gayle is preceded in death by her parents, 4 daughters: Joan & Joann Newberry, Robin Sitko, Kimberly Walker, and her ex husband: James O. Newberry.

She is survived by: 2 daughters: Michelle & Arlis Walker of Newton Falls, Pamela & Gene Townsend of Mineral Ridge, OH, 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. The family has requested that all donations please be made to the American Cancer Society PO Box 6704 Hagerstown, MD 21741 in her memory.
