Howard Reese Smith, age 75, of Ravenna passed away peacefully into eternal life on December 8, 2013 at Longmeadow Care Center in Ravenna. He was born on August 18, 1938, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of the late, Harry Lester & Susan (Jones) Smith. Howard married the love of his life, Barbara Claire Pierce on August 29, 1959 and they enjoyed 54 blessed years of marriage together. Howard worked as an auto worker for General Motors for many years. He was a member of the US Army & the National Guard. Memories of Howard will be carried on by his loving family; his wife, Barbara of Diamond; his daughter Pamela Bondy of Lordstown; his son Greg Smith Newton Falls; 6 grandchildren; & 7 Great-Grandchildren.
