James Franklin Bostic, age 73 of Warren, passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at his home. He was born on March 1, 1944 in Fairlea, WV the son of the late Sim & Delia Isabella (Hall) Bostic. James married Sara Jane Savitts on Jan. 30, 1979 and she passed away on Dec. 18, 2010. He has lived in Warren for the last 30 years, formerly of Leavittsburg. James served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a steel worker employed with Republic Steel which became WCI and then LTV where he retired from in 1992. He loved to go fishing, working on his cars, and riding motorcycles. James is preded in death by his parents, 1 daughter: Tina Brockleman and 1 sister: Darlene Williams. He is survived by: 1 daughter: Kimberly Bostic of Youngstown, OH, 1 son: Kelly J. Bostic of Leavittsburg, OH, 1 step-daughter Wendy Brockleman, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Per James's wishes there will be no calling hours or services. Cremation has taken place.
