James Edward Eighme, 78, of Morgantown, WV went to be with his Lord at 10:15 PM, Monday, June 6,2016, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. Jim was born June 27, 1937 in Youngstown, OH, the son of the late Elwyn and Marguerite (Byers) Eighme. Jim has lived the past several years in Punta Gorda, FL and had recently relocated to the Morgantown, WV area. On December 11, 1961, Jim married the love of his life, Judy Crone Eighme who predeceased him in 2008. Jim worked for RMI for 47 years and retired from the company in 2002. Jim is survived by his daughter, Christine Eighme Terris and her husband Lee Terris of Morgantown; two sons and daughters-in-law: Donald and Heidi Eighme of Lowell, MA and David and Shelley Eighme of Bloomfield, NM; Three grandsons: David Terris of Morgantown, and Paul and Timothy Eighme of Lowell, MA; two granddaughters: Alina and Sara Eighme of Lowell,MA; and two step-grandchildren: Morgan and DJ Cristello of Bloomfield, NM. A celebration of Jim's life will be held at a later date.
