John Crouser, age 66 of Leavittsburg entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. John was born on November 7, 1949 in Lumberport, WV the son of Ray & Nettie (Swiger) Crouser. John was one of 14 children. He has lived in Leavittsburg the past two years, formerly of Niles. John married the former Karen M. Mitchell on November 6, 1985. John and Karen have been blessed with 30 wonderful years of marriage. John was a warehouse manager for Reserve Terminals in Lordstown for 27 years. John enjoyed playing softball, playing the lottery, fishing, playing with his dogs and taking care of his lawn. John greatest enjoyment was spending time with his children, grandchildren and his brothers. Loving memories of John will be carried on by his wife, Karen M. Crouser of Leavittsburg, daughters, Rhonda Crouser of Warren, Donna (Robert) Nagel of Canfield, son, Jim (Tami) Crouser of Newton Falls, sisters, Evelyn Ellis of Michigan, Rita (Bill) Moore of Michigan, brothers, Joe (Kathy) Crouser of Niles, Robert Crouser of Warren, Ronnie Crouser of Warren and 6 grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Betty Cumming, Peg Edgll, Helen Crouser, Nancy Garrett, Jean Robinson, brothers, Bill Crouser, Jack Crouser and Dick Crouser. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at James Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 6:00 pm, John will be laid to rest at All Souls Cemetery.
