John Ray Kenney, age 64 of Dodgeville, WI, formerly of Newton Falls passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Tuesday Feb. 28, 2017 at his residence. John was born on December 4, 1952 in Ravenna, the son of the late John Lee & Edna (Tracey) Kenney. John was a graduate of Newton Falls High School. John married the love of his life, the former Juanita Zediker on February 15, 1987. John & Juanita were blessed with 26 wonderful years of marriage until her passing on August 3, 2013. John was employed at Copperweld Steel as a crane operator for over 20 years before he retired. John enjoyed music, bowling, golfing with his friends and going to bingo with his sisters. Most of all, he loved his family. Memories of John will be carried on by his companion Susan Sargent and her children Nora and Nevaeh. His loving family; his daughter Jamie (Shane) Dreyfus of St. Augustine, FL, sons Michael & (Heather) Zediker of Topika KS, Jason Kenney of Warren, sisters Bonnie (James) Killibrew of Leavittsburg, Maxine (Gary) Purcell of Howland, sister Terri Price of Warren, brothers James (Dianne) Kenney of Niles, Jeff (Linda) Kenney of Warren, granddaughter, Halo Dreyfus, grandson, Braiden Collins and Godson Kevin Goodman. John is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Juanita, daughter Jodi and son John R. Kenney Jr., sister Brenda Garretson and brother Jerry Kenney. Calling hours will be held on Saturday March 4th, 2017 at James Fuuneral Home from 2:00 - 4:00 pm followed directly by funeral services at 4:00 pm.
