Judith E. Spell, age 63 of Warren passed into eternal life on Wednesday July 28, 2010 at St. Joseph's Health Center of bone cancer. Judith was born on April 15,1947 in Junior, WV the daughter of the late Leonard & Eva Jean (Row) Anness. She married the love of her life, James Edward Spell on November 9, 1983 and they enjoyed 26 years of marriage together. Judith had lived in the Newton Falls/Warren area all her life and was a member of the Believer Christian Fellowship. She loved playing bingo, wrestling and going to auctions. Memories of Judith will be carried on by her loving family; her husband, James Spell of Warren, her daughter & son-in-law, Kimberly & Mark Merziel of Champion, her daughter, Tammy Spell of Warren; her sons & daughters-in-law, Michael & Cindy Foy of Warren, Scott & Norma Foy of Newton Falls; her sister & brother-in-law, Nancy & Michael Fairburn of Mineral Ridge; and 8 grandchildren. Judith was preceeded in death by her parents and one baby son, Gary Foy. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls where the funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm. Rev.
