Julia Stimac, age 68, of Newton Falls passed away peacefully into eternal life on Monday, August 15, 2011 at 8:20AM at her residence with her husband by her side. On August 21, 1942 in Warren, OH Paul & Mary (Foster) Kenney Sr. were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Julia. Julia married the love of her life, Andy Stimac on January 12, 1966 and they enjoyed 45 blessed years of marriage together. She lived in Newton Falls working as a hairdresser for 10 years. Julia was a member of St. Mary & Joseph's Church, Amvets, Army/Navy and a lifetime member of the VFW Auxillary. She enjoyed cooking and helping everyone. Julia is preceeded in death by her father, Paul Kenney Sr., and two brothers George Kenney & Paul Kenney Jr. Memories of Julia will be carried on by her loving family; her husband, and her mother Mary Kenney of Newton Falls. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls, where a prayer service will be held at 9:30 am Thursday, August 18, 2011. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am Thursday at St. Mary & Joseph Catholic Church in Newton Falls with Father Donald Feicht as celebrant.
