Karen Sue Hoffman, 71 of Kent, entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 6, 2015 at Akron City Hospital. Karen was born on April 7, 1943 in Clarksburg, WV, the daughter of Gerald & Goldie (Stadwick) Barker. Loving memories of Karen will be carried on by her daughter, Chris Turner of Hillsboro, her son, Dale W. Hoffman of Kent, sisters, Gerry Tankasley of Yemassee, SC, Barb Kester of Wilmington, NC, Margaret Miller of Wilmington, NC and 3 grandchildren. Karen was preceeded in death by her parents and a daughter, Brenda Lee Hoffman. Per Karen's wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Cremation has taken place.
