NEWTON FALLS; Kimberly Ann Smith, age 52, of Newton Falls passed away peacefully into eternal life on Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at the Hospice House of Poland in Youngstown. She was born on August 5, 1962, in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Jimmy Glenn & Pamela Ann (Barrett) Ford. Kimberly grew up in Tallmadge for 12 years, then moved to Diamond. She graduated from Southeast High School. Kimberly married the love of her life, Mickey A. Smith on November 13, 1982 and they enjoyed 32 years of blessed marriage together. Kimberly worked at Little Tikes in Hudson for over 20 years. She also worked at Front Line Flagging as a flagger on the highways. She loved country music. Memories of Kimberly will be carried on by her loving family; her parents Jimmy & Pamela Ford of Diamond; her husband Mickey Smith of Newton Falls; her sisters Tracy & James Crouse of Cuyahoga Falls, and Sherry & Mark Shepard of Newton Falls. Kimberly is preceeded in death by her brother Jimmy Ford. Calling hours will be held at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls on Saturday, January 10, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00PM. Funeral Services will be held at the First Baptist Church in Newton Falls on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 2:00PM. Kimberly will be laid to rest at Palmyra West Cemetery in Diamond, OH.
