Laura A. Hill age 73 of Newton Falls passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Tuesday June 17, 2025 at St. Joseph Eastland Hospital in Warren.  She was born on Aug. 10, 1951 in Beaver Falls, PA the daughter of the late Leonard Paul Ziemkiewicz and Jane Elizabeth (Slaughter) Ziemkiewicz. Laura has lived in Newton Falls since 1999, formerly of New Kensington, PA where she graduated from Lower Burrell High School in the Class of 1969.  After high school she attended Penn State University for 3 years, and graduated from the Pittsburgh Art Institute. She married the love of her life, David Edward Hill on Oct. 26, 2000 and they have enjoyed the past 24 years of marriage together. Laura enjoyed crafting, knitting, crocheting, reading, camping, traveling, being an artist, her cats, and going to antique malls.  She loved her horse "Reno". She was a loving and caring person and would do anything for anyone. Laura is preceded in death by her parents, and 1 son: Jason Yohe.

Laura is survived by: her husband: David E. Hill of Newton Falls, 1 sister: Joanne & James Stultz of Columbus, OH, 2 brothers: Leonard & Mia Ziemkiewicz of New York City, NY, and Dave & Maria Ziemkiewicz of West Bloomfield, MI.  The family has requested that all donations please be made to the Westside Cats 4305 Market St. Youngstown, OH 44512 in her memory.

Cremation has taken place, and there will be no services.
