Lori Ann Ratell, age 51, of Lordstown passed away peacefully into eternal life on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Meridian Arms Living Center in Youngstown. Lori was born on August 11, 1963 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of David Ronald Ratell and Patricia Berry. She had lived most of her life in Lordstown. Lori enjoyed listening to music, cooking, and watching the Wheel of Fortune. She loved animals, especially her dogs. She also loved watching any Cleveland sport. Lori was a member of the Our Lady of the Lakes Parish at St. James Church. Memories of Lori will be carried on by her loving family; her companion of 29 years with whom she lived Kenneth Timko of Lordstown; her sister Elizabeth Jones of Lordstown; her brothers & their wives Joseph & Teresa Ratell of Lordstown, David & Gaylynn Ratell of Escondido, CA, Ronald & Denise Ratell of Asheville, NC. Lori is preceded in death by her parents and sister Debora Ratell. Calling hours will be held at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 9:30 to 11:00am. Funeral Services will follow at the Our Lady of the Lakes Parish at St. James Church in North Jackson on Friday at 11:30am. Lori will be laid to rest at Lordstown Cemetery in Lordstown, OH.
