Marilyn Jean (Morrison) Gordon, age 71, formerly of Newton Falls, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. On July 27, 1940 in Homestead, PA, Nick Oresick & Retha (Wagner) Fitzgerald were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Marilyn. She has lived in Warren for the past 10 years. Marilyn was a manager with Mariott Corporation. She loved to travel. Loving memories of Marilyn will be carried on by her daughters, Cheryl Heckman of Warren, Kim (John) Novak of Hiram, sons, Dana Morrison of Elyria, John Morrison of Newton Falls, Allan (Cyndi) Gordon of Newton Falls, Jeff (Shannon) Gordon of Lewis Center, sisters, Garnet (Michael) Martinez of Fort Pierce, FL, Terry (Ronald) Christopher of Lake Mary, FL, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2012 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at James Funeral Home where a funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM.
