Mark S. Harvey, 70, of Southington, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Windsor House of Champion, following a brief illness.

He was born on July 19, 1955, a son of the late Charles Sr. and Donna Harvey. Mark graduated from La Brae high School in 1974. He was employed at LaBrae as the head mechanic of the bus garage for 20 plus years.

His favorite things to do were working on cars, going to the casino and playing the lottery. He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Donna Harvey, birth mother Billie James, brothers, Charles Harvey Jr. and Bud Gower; brother in laws, Chuck Yeakel and Skip Kaiser; sister in law Gloria Gower, nephew Jason Kaiser, niece Amanda Gower, grandparents and aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his sisters, Linda (Rick) Carr, Joann Kaiser, Karen Yeakel, Kim Kascsak, Dorothy James and Robin James; brother, John James; nieces and nephews.He also had an extended family; Mark and Cora Heatherly and family for 40 plus years. They were always there for Mark for anything, anytime. Mark is loved and cherished by all of us. May he rest in peace.

Honoring Mark's wishes, he has been cremated and there are no services.
