Mary Fay Bungard, age 87 of Olmsted Falls, formerly of Newton Falls and Florida entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 18, 2015 at The Village of The Falls in Olmsted Falls. Mary was born on May 29, 1928 in Newton Falls, the daughter of the late Charles & Mary (Kovacs) Collins Sr. Mary married Paul W. Bungard on June 4, 1949. Mary and Paul were blessed with 52 years of wonderful marriage before his passing on August 31, 2001. She was a hairdresser by profession. She was a former member of The United Methodist Church in Davenport, FL. Mary loved to read. Loving memories of Mary will be carried on by her daughter Judith (Glyn) Rogers of Richmond, KY, daughter-in-law Diane Kopko of Newton Falls, son-in-law Clem Schneider of Olmsted Falls, brother William Frank Collins of Calabash, NC, 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Mary was preceeded in death by her husband Paul, her son Dale Bungard, daughter Carol Schneider and brothers Charles & Herbert Collins. Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at James Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10:00 am at the funeral home.
