Max Bradley Zlenka age 8 days of Lake Milton passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday night Feb. 23, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital. He was born on Feb 15, 2022 in Boardman, OH the son of Thomas S. Zlenka and Danielle M. (Metts) Zlenka. He is survived by: his father and mother: Thomas & Danielle Zlenka, 1 sister: Mary Jane Negro and 1 brother: Jack Negro all of Lake Milton, and his grandparents.

Per the families wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service for Max will be at the First Federated Church 10786 Mahoning Ave. North Jackson, OH 44451 on Saturday Feb 26, 2022 at 2:00pm with Pastor Jack Acri officiating. Thomas & Danielle would like to personally thank all of the doctors, nurses and general staff in the NICU Dept of St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital for all their love, compassion, and support during this difficult time in our life. We will be forever grateful, and never forget you.
