Melissa M. White age 43 of Lake Milton passed away suddenly on Friday May 23, 2025.  She was born on Dec. 19, 1981 in Alliance, OH the daughter of Wesley Hall White and Phyllis Ann (Forst) Leyman. Melissa attended Southeast High School and lived in Lake Milton for many years.  She loved writing, playing softball, basketball, golf, spending time with her family and friends, and loved animals especially her cat Domino. Melissa is preceded in death by her father Wesley White, and her grandmother Betty Forst.

She is survived by: her mother and step father: Phyllis & Mark Leyman of Lake Milton, 1 sister: Jamie White of Newton Falls, 1 brother: Jason White of Lake Milton, and 2 step sisters: Lisa Leyman of Newton Falls, Jessica & Jason Hileman of Howland, OH.

The family will be receiving friends for calling hours at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls on Saturday May 31, 2025 from 1:00- 3:00pm.  There will be no funeral services. Cremation will follow the calling hours. She will be laid to rest at Deerfield Cemetery in Deerfield, OH.
