Mildred I. Waggoner age 79 of Southington passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at her residence. She was born on Jan. 28, 1946 in Cambridge, OH the daughter of the late Ralph Henry Bell and Edith Edna (Phillips) Bell. Mildred married the love of her life, John C. Waggoner on Aug. 14, 1978 and they have enjoyed the past 46 years of marriage together.  She has lived in Southington since 1966 formerly of Paris Twp.  Mildred loved being a housewife, gardening, quilting, and fostered over 60 children.  Mildred is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters and 1 brother.

She is survived by: her husband: John C. Waggoner of Southington, 6 daughters: Dawn & Christopher Miller of Champion, Amanda Waggoner of Liberty, OH, Joanna Waggoner of Warren, Kaytlin Waggoner of Warren, Rachael Waggoner of Southington, Renee Waggoner of Southington, 5 sons: Larry Sabol of Southington, Scott Sabol of Southington, Christopher Waggoner of Warren, Vincent Waggoner of Warren, Luke Waggoner of Southington, 1 sister: Shirley & Lee Bishop of Southington, 2 brothers: Lester & Ruth Bell of Cambridge, OH, Lenny & Cheryl Bell of Paris Twp,  6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life Service will be at The River Church 4257 Tod Ave. Warren, OH 44485 on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 3:00pm with Pastor William Carter officiating.  Calling hours will be from 2:00- 3:00pm. The family has requested that donations may be made to the church in Mildred's memory.
