Nancy G. Beck age 79 formerly of Mercer, PA passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday morning June 10, 2026 at the Country Club Rehabilitation Campus in Newton Falls. She was born on Feb. 15, 1947 in Sharon, PA the daughter of the late George D. Meckler and Della Mae (Arbuckle) Meckler. Nancy lived in Mentor since 2024, formerly of Mercer, PA and Brookville, FL. She married the love of her life, John Clarence Beck on Jan. 31, 1969 and they enjoyed 50 years of marriage together until his death on Oct. 6, 2019. Nancy enjoyed being a housewife and doing things around the house. She loved farming her land, canning, gardening, raising her own beef, and church activities and missionary work. Her steadfast faith in God has sustained her in this life and into the next. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, her husband: John C. Beck, two foster children Donald Perrine and Pamela Clark: 1 sister: Kathleen Wedlake, and 3 brothers: Ralph, George, & Mont Meckler.

She is survived by: 1 brother: Joseph Meckler of Palm Springs Florida, many loving nieces and nephews, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Service will be at a later date and time. She will be laid to rest with her husband John at Millbank Cemetery in Fairview Twp, PA.
