Pauline Karr, 82, of Braceville passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Sunday morning Jan. 14, 2024 at her residence. She was born on Sept. 2, 1941 in Warren, OH the daughter of the late Clifford M Blaney and Esther Pauline (Merry) Blaney. Pauline lived in Braceville for most of her life and graduated from Braceville High School in the Class of 1959. She worked as a bus driver for Labrae Schools for 31 years until retiring in 2000. She also worked as a crisis counselor and court advocate for Trumbull County Rape Crisis Center, drove a semi-truck as an owner-operator, and volunteered at St. Joseph's Hospital throughout her life. She was a faithful member of the Braceville United Methodist Church where she enjoyed teaching bible school and lead the adult bible study group. Pauline loved going to flea markets, decorating her home, and being a Grandma.

She was greeted in heaven by her parents, and older sister: Shirley Rodway. Pauline's memory is carried on by her loving husband of 63 years: William (Bill) L. Karr Sr. of Braceville, her daughter: Tracy Gilmartin (John Sheehy) of Wickliffe, OH, her son: William (Cindy) Karr Jr. of Lake Dallas, TX, her sister: Rev. Joy Blaney of Newton Falls, her brother: Clifford "Bud" (Jinni) Blaney of Braceville, 4 grandchildren: Molli (Jamie) Thomas, Maggi (Evan) Rihel, Brounan Gilmartin (Dustin Dotts), Caitlin (Daniel) Krenz, Cathleen (Tyler) Simons, and 2 great-grandchildren: Gwen & Amelia Rihel.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time. Those wishing to honor her life are asked to simply go out and spread love all around as she did every day.
