Randy R. Sheldon age 71 formerly of Niles passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday night May 28, 2025 at the Longmeadow Care Center in Ravenna.  He was born on Dec 15, 1953 in Warren, OH the son of Raymond Richard Sheldon Sr. and Betty Lou (Smith) Sheldon. Randy was a US Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War from 1972 - 1975. He married Monica Sue Ritchey on Feb 1, 1997 and they have enjoyed 28 years of marriage together.  Randy has lived in the Northeast Ohio area for most of his life.  He loved listening to country music, playing video games, watching sports on TV, singing karaoke and dancing.  Randy loved calling bingo and ran games at several of the places where he lived.  He is preceded in death by his mother Betty Sheldon. and 1 brother: Wayne Sheldon.

Randy is survived by: his wife: Monica S. Sheldon of Ravenna, his father: Raymond R. Sheldon Sr. of Diamond, 1 sister: Amy McFarland of Newton Falls, 5 brothers: Kevin Sheldon of Diamond, Raymond & Beth Sheldon Jr. of Diamond, Todd & Wyletta Sheldon of Kinnear, WY, Scott & Judith Sheldon of Dunnellon, FL, Timothy Sheldon of West Farmington, OH, and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.  The family has requested that all donations please be made to the First Church of God 426 West Broad St. Newton Falls, OH 44444 in his memory.
