Reginald E. Morrison, age 84, of Newton Falls, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Reginald was born on Nov. 21, 1931 in Whitman, WV son of the late Reginald Elmer and Lennie (Lackey) Morrison. He has lived in Newton Falls since 1950, formerly of Logan, WV. Reginald married the former Carol G. McGill on Sept. 6, 1955. Reginald and Carol were blessed with 61 wonderful years of marriage. He and his wife owned and operated the Newton Lanes Entertainment Center in Newton Falls from 1977-1997. He was also employed as an inspector for Rockwell International for 27 1/2 years retiring in 1976. Reginald was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean War. He was a member of the Newton Falls American Legion and the Newton Falls VFW. Reginald and Carol enjoyed watching the Shepherds Chapel on TV everyday. He enjoyed fishing, bowling and shooting darts. Memories of Reginald will be carried on by his loving wife, Carol G. Morrison of Newton Falls, daughter, Roxanna (Tom) Crowe of Newton Falls, sons, Robert (Rene') Morrison of Cary, N.C., Bryan (Michelle) Morrison of Warren, sister, Helen Farris of Ranger, WV, brothers, Neil (Joan) Morrison of Florida, Jack Hatfield of Salem, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Reginald was preceded in death by his sister, Hazel Kirk and brother, Adrian Morrison. Per Reginald's wishes there are no calling hours or services. Cremation has taken place.
