Richard Lloyd Wilms, 61, of Braceville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2012 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born on December 2, 1950, in Warren, Ohio, to the late Wayne Lloyd Wilms and Velma Idabelle Wilms Bowman. Richard graduated from Braceville High School in 1969. He married his wife, Sharyn Diane Krugh, on September 7, 1969. He was employed at Cox Lithographing until the company closed in 1989. He then joined two partners and launched the Ultimate Printing Company. Memories of Richard will be carried on by his mother, Velma, his wife, Sharyn, and his loving sons, Daniel and wife Jennifer, Eric and friend Michelle, grandson Jacob, sister and brother-in-law, Maureen and Larry Seafert. Richard is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Richard was a member of the Braceville United Methodist Church. He was a part-time farmer and anyone who knew him, knew his favorite place to be was on his farm. He loved his church and he loved riding his motorcycles. One of Richard's greatest joys was watching his grandson's baseball games. One of Richard's greatest honors was being inducted into the LaBrae Alumni Hall of Fame in 2011. Anyone who knew Richard knew he was a kind and generous man. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Wayne, and sister, Sandra Kay Wilkinson. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 in the afternoon at Braceville United Methodist Church, 589 Park Road, SW, Braceville,Ohio on Saturday, July 28th, 2012. Friends may visit with Sharyn and her family from 11:30 to 2:30 prior to the service. Richard will be laid to rest in the Braceville Cemetery.
