Robert James Starkey, age 61 of Newton Falls entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 23, 2017 at his home. Robert was born on October 27, 1955 in Cleveland the son of Marlene (Mateja) Starkey and the late George William Starkey. Robert was a veteran of the US Navy. He was a retired welder at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Robert enjoyed water sports, fishing, boating, watching the NBA and horse betting. Loving memories of Robert will be carried on by his mother Marlene Starkey of Newton Falls, son Robert (Amy) Starkey of Mechanicsburg, PA, brothers; John Raymond (Caroline) Starkey of Newton Falls, Jeffrey William Starkey of Minerva, his nieces, nephews, and grandchild.
